Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.

Custom Orders & Returns

Every Tee-Hee creation is made especially for you, which means personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

That said, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us right away. We'll gladly review the issue and do our best to make it right.
